Extension for Safari

Enhance your browsing experience with the Translatium Safari extension: select text and instantly translate it using the Translatium app for Mac. The extension is included with the Translatium macOS app.

How to Install and Enable the Extension

1. Install Translatium for macOS

• Open Mac App Store and search for “Translatium”.
• Download and install the Translatium app on your Mac.

2. Enable the Safari Extension

• Open Safari.
• Click Safari in the top-left corner of your screen and select Settings.
• Navigate to the Extensions tab.
• Find "Translate with Translatium" in the list of available extensions.
• Check the box next to "Translate with Translatium" to enable it.
• Select "Always Allow for Every Website..." and confirm to grant the necessary permissions.

3. Start Translating

• After enabling the extension, you'll see the Translatium icon in your Safari toolbar.
• Select any text on a webpage, right-click, and choose “Translate with Translatium” to get an instant translation.
